Join us to make a flag marking the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, part of artist Ai Weiwei’s Fly the Flag project. In this open, creative session you’ll explore what human rights mean to you and make a collective flag using a range of materials including large rolls of paper, fabric and felt.
The flag will be displayed at The Fruitmarket Gallery during Human Rights Week which takes place from 24-30 June. You can find out more about Fly the Flag here: https://flytheflag.org.uk/about/
This session is for 16–25 year olds as part of Fresh Fruit, our peer-led programme for young adults. Snacks and refreshments are provided.
