This event riffs on Emma Hart‘s exhibition’s references to getting behind the wheel. So why not try your hand at writing? MarjorieLotfiGill from reading group OpenBook, will lead this free writing workshop looking at Emma Hart’s exhibition alongside poems by Scottish Book Trust New Writer’s Award Winner Rhona Warwick Paterson.
On the same evening from 6.30–8pm Rhona Warwick Paterson and writers from 12, a collective of women writers formed at Dundee’s Cooper Gallery in 2016, read poems written in response to, or alongside, the exhibition. You can sign up to attend this here.
The theme of Book Week Scotland’s nationwide celebration of all things bookish this year is ‘Rebel’, which our events during the week pick up in different ways.
