TFEH delivers another programme of experimental music. We have our reasons…..

Sound for sound’s sake: Bringing his one-man bureau of electroacoustic investigation from Strasbourg, France to explore the timbe of Fruitmarket, Jean-Philippe will employ dials & doohickes, both analogue & digital, in his interrogation of the acoustics of the evening. His methods may vary, your lugs will question whether you’re listening to machines or not, but his evidence is always indisputable.

Cello for your sake: Semay’s refreshing approach to improvisation for four strings has been almost unavoidable in the Scottish Central Belt the last few years, but this is the first time that TFEH has been graced by her presence. Preparations & colourful detritus are combined to make her lofty instrument an accessible space that brings miles o’ smiles.

Ah, for god’s sake: Khnaisser & Robertson. Again.

Fruitmarket is fully accessible, with an elevator for those who require it.
We would much prefer if you bought tickets in advance for COVID safety reasons.
The only payments accepted at the door will be in CASH, as we are Steam Age galoots who are unable to process card transactions.
If you’re short on funds but still want to come, let us know, and we’ll make it happen.
Be responsible: If you have access to lateral flow tests, then please test yrselves before attending the gig, stay home if you get a positive result or feel unwell, and be considerate of folks in the venue by masking up when it seems appropriate and sanitising yr paws regularly.
