Jyll Bradley: In The Frame Tour
A free descriptive tour for people who are blind or partially sighted and people who are hard of hearing.

Artist Juliana Capes will lead an audio descriptive tour of Jyll Bradley: Pardes, the first standalone installation in the Fruitmarket Warehouse. This tour is specifically designed to be accessible for people with a visual impairment or people who are hard of hearing and will include discussion on the art and Bradley’s artistic practice.
Juliana Capes will describe the artwork and tell you about the ideas behind the work, the materials and processes. The event starts with introductions and free a lunch served in the Fruitmarket Studio. There will be a maximum of 8 places on this tour.
Please allow two hours in total for this event. We will meet the participants in the Fruitmarket Bookshop at 1pm.
The Fruitmarket is an accessible building with: a wheelchair accessible toilet, level access on the ground floor, lift access to the upper gallery and a car drop off point directly outside the gallery.
We can provide the following:
- a portable hearing loop system
- large print exhibition guide
- one to one gallery information assistant guide
- seating in the gallery
- we can reimburse your for any travel expenses incurred to enable you to come to the event.
- If you require a BSL Interpreter please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance of the tour so we can book this for you.
