Writers’ Shift

Between 2019 and 2022 Writers’ Shift asked five poets to follow their individual interests in exploratory writing around the Fruitmarket, its past, present and future. What resulted were poems that find fascination in 50 years of art and artists, and which examine the infrastructure surrounding our gallery in the city and the wider world.
