The Dreamwork Organisation is a community of management consultants who specialise in organisational learning and development. The practice uses an integrated system of Spaces and Arcs developed by the founder of Dreamwork, Ian Wallace. Ian is a professional dream psychologist who also has a deep interest in the arts and the technologies that people use to communicate with each other. He has drawn on this experience to support the development and hosting of The Fruitmarket Gallery website.
